Profit—the “bottom line” of the profit and loss account. The second is the bottom line of a company’s “People account”—a measure in some shape or form of how socially responsible an organization has been throughout its operations. The third is the bottom line of the company’s “Planet” account—a measure of how environmentally responsible it has been.
And, lastly, is “Purpose”. What is our ultimate goal in each and every interaction we conduct as individuals serving our clients, and as a company serving humanity at this time? What is best for all sides, from negotiation at the boardroom table to openly discussing the margin needs of all parties in a business transaction? We believe in the Win, Win, Win model. We find that by focusing on the health and wellbeing of all parties, in all transactions in business, the final outcome will always be one of success, no matter what form and shape it needs to take first before ultimately manifesting the desired goals.
